Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Complex at Marine Corps Air Station Chappo (22) Area | Camp Pendleton, California

The new CNATT facility, which is located at Camp Pendleton, serves as a training facility for all aviation mechanics that repair H-1 aircraft (Huey and Cobra Helicopters). CNATT was constructed as a Design- Build project and is comprised of a high-rise applied instruction center with administrative spaces.

Miramar Hangars 4 & 7 | Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California

Size: 76,500 SF (Hangar 4), 143,415 SF (Hangar 7)

New MV-22 aircraft maintenance Hangar 7, Hangar 4 maintenance hangar addition, and new apron and taxiway. Sustainable features incorporated into the building design include roof-mounted photovoltaic panels to generate electricity and solar panels for heating domestic water. Hangar 7 and Hangar 4 was delivered Design-Build and achieved LEED Gold certification.

Package 5 & 6 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters | Camp Pendleton, California

This Design-Build project for MCB Camp Pendleton consists of seven 4-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters buildings located on four sites. Each BEQ includes a separate community building with internet cafés, arcades, TV lounges and laundry facilities to make living on base as comfortable as possible. This project was certified LEED Platinum.

BEQ P-254 32nd Street Tower | San Diego, California

Size: 209,747 SF
General Contractor: Soltek Pacific
Owner: NAVFAC Southwest Division

New design and construction of a 12-story BEQ on 4.5 acres that includes 258, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, living modules that house 1,032 enlisted sailors. Other features include energy efficient mechanical/electrical systems and DOD Anti-Terrorism Force Protection features (ATFP), basketball and volleyball courts and parking lot.

El Centro Hangar | Naval Air Facility El Centro, California

Size: 72,000 SF

Owner: NAVFAC Southwest Division

This project involved design and construction of a new hangar to contain aircraft maintenance space, crew space and administrative space as well as new construction of a 12,000 SF Ground Support Equipment building.
