This upgrade to an existing facility included eight new buildings totaling 154,870 square feet. A 50% increase to the PTA room and a 690 square foot increase to the administration buildings. The addition of 16 showers in the PE building and an additional parking lot for joint use sports teams. Six acres of turf and irrigated fields, a backstop and dugout upgrade for community join usage. Field lighting and field-specific restrooms with concessions and equipment storage, and upgrades to surface and lights added to asphalt hard courts were also included.
