New maintenance and operations facility consists of 17,000 square feet, fencing gates, pavement, stripping, site lighting, utilities, and various site structures. A 500 car multi level parking structure, expansion of existing parking lot was also added. New campus security facility to replace existing, 4,000 square feet, to exist off of parking structure. . Also added a new 18,100 square foot field house, new concessions, restrooms, and ticket booth, stadium lighting, new bleachers, and press box. A new Student services activity building that is 64,500 square feet was also incorporated.
