This research and development facility is an 185,000 square foot lab and administrative building with one lever located underground. Centrally located within the facility is a courtyard comprised of ponds, trees, and a special water feature. A cogeneration system constructed as an extension of the 600 stall parking structure consists of giant turbines and electrical generator. This allows the facility to produce 90 percent of their electricity for day-to-day operations.
