Dan is a seasoned and tested professional with over 35 years of experience in the electrical construction industry. As President of Neal Electric he oversees and is responsible for a professional and talented organization.

He has been an executive in some of the largest electrical contracting firms in the United States. Dan understands and believes in hands-on leadership, wanting every client to be treated with honesty and integrity. Building and maintaining strong relationships is one of his primary commitments.

Cas Wesolowski: Senior Vice President of Field Operations
As a founding member of Neal Electric, Cas is the essential bridge between heritage and progress. Over the years, he has continued to lead by example and reinforce the value of a strong work ethic to our staff and contractors. Cas is the reason Neal Electric can walk into any project and ensure a high degree of success.

Jeremy Roos: Vice President of Operations
Handling the operations end of the business, Jeremy brings an abundance of knowledge ranging from daily field operations and experience as a long term Neal Electric field supervisor, to overseeing a successful project management department. Jeremy strives for his team to deliver projects on time and under budget. His dedication to Neal Electric is visible in his strong work ethic and desire for Neal Electric's continued growth.
